This is by far the best garrage door co.I needed help with a remote and they just gave me a remote I'm in the market for a carriage type door and I will look no further also they have done repair work for me in the past their work was exemplary.

I just had a new garage door opener put in today. I was forced to use another company when I bought my house 2 years ago (JKH). All I can say is I was very very disappointed so when I needed some help I called American door co. They showed up within the scheduled window time and promptly put in new door opener. I received a smokin hot deal and am very happy with their service. Dan was pleasant and professional with work done in less than an hour. Dan even called my attention the a crack in my door. When it's time to replace my door I will defiantly call this company again. Thanks for your great customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this service.

I called American Door to check on my 89 year old mom's malfunctioning door. The first trip out by them was prompt but didn't resolve the issue (which turned out to be replacement). When it was replaced they were fast to get it done, and worked fairly with her on the finances, so I did not need to make a trip out and necogiate anything. I appreciate that the unit installed is high quality and that my senior mom was not taken advantage of. Thank you!

I called American Door on Tuesday to get a quote on replacing my old one piece garage door and I spoke with Tim. I received a quick estimate for my door and he made sure he had one in stock and said the installer could come Thursday morning. His installer Johnathan was right on time and 2-1/2 hours later I had a great looking new garage door at a great price. American Door is a very professional company and I definitely would recommend.

I called American Door in Redding, CA late yesterday with a non functioning garage door. Today, as promised, Dan Fuentes showed up and fixed the door. Two things were wrong - the carriage was stripped AND the previous repair job had been done with incorrect springs. The incorrect springs resulted in the worm gear and motor lifting way too much weight. New (correct) springs and a new carriage were installed and I was all set. Great service. Thanks, Dan.
